David joined the AJE in August 2007. He graduated from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), London, in 2006 with a 2.1 in Hebrew and Israeli Studies BA (HONS). David spent the third year of his degree studying at the Rothberg International School - Hebrew University, Mount Scopus. In the summer of 2006, during the war in Lebanon, David was a volunteer at the Israeli National Sea Turtle Rescue Centre in Michmoret. In 2007, he was a Part-time Madrich at the Biblical Zoo in Jerusalem.
