Edinburgh-born David Kaplan has been recently appointed Director of the Community Division. Previously he worked as the Managing Director of Tribe, the Young United Synagogue. Having graduated from the University of Glasgow, he is a former Chairman of the UJS (Union of Jewish Students) and the former Executive Director of UJIA Renewal Scotland.
