The largest single department of the London Beth Din is the Kashrut Division, encompassing licensing of over 100 caterers, bakeries, restaurants, food manufacturers, bonbonnieres, delis and shops, supervision of some 3000 catered events per year, and certification of almost 700 factories worldwide.
