Sue Colman is one of the longest serving members of the Kashrut Division having started in 1995. Mrs. Colman studied Applied Biology at Liverpool’s John Moores University and received her BSc (Hons) there.

Her work at the Kashrut Division as part of the team of Food Technologists includes researching food products to ascertain their kosher status. Working together with Miss Heckscher, Mrs Colman’s work is vitally important in the compilation of the Food Guide. Her work at the Kashrut Division has included editing texts for publication and preparing the Passover Supplement.
