Rosalind Coten is head of the research unit responsible for investigating thousands of products for listing in the Really Jewish Food Guide.

Rosalind Coten is head of the research unit responsible for investigating thousands of products for listing in the Really Jewish Food Guide. Rosalind graduated from Leeds University with a degree in Food Technology and was the originator and first researcher of the LBD Kashrut Guide project.
