Melanie Pearl - Human Resources Manager

Melanie began her career working for Legal & General during which time she qualified as a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel & Development, before moving on to Hertsmere Borough Council.

She was pivotal in setting up the Human Resources function for the United Synagogue in 1999 prior to working as a consultant to a number of organisations including the US.

Melanie commenced her new role at the US in February 2007.
